We hold three conferences each year - the next one will be held in London, on 23rd February 2012

The agenda for our February conference, which is an all day conference, will consist of a morning presentation led workshop looking into the relationship between CRM and Revenue Management

We will then break for lunch and at the afternoon session there will be four presentations from experts covering a wide range of topics.
